Microscope head
Trinocular head with 20° tilt angle, comfortable for long time working. The eyepiece tubes rotate 180°. The user can adjust the eye relief of the eyepiece to suit their height. The digital camera can be installed in the trinocular tube. Beam splitting 100/0 and 0/100. Diopter adjustment is made on the eyepieces.
Main objective
To form a three-dimensional image, the CMO stereomicroscope uses a main objective, positioned strictly perpendicular to the sample plan. The light that passes through or is reflected by the sample enters the objective and is distributed into two parallel optical channels. The stereoscopic angle is 11°.
The microscope is equipped with a 1x planapochromatic objective with a numerical aperture of 0.15. It provides high image clarity and brightness for any search method over the entire magnification range. Working distance: 60 mm.
Zoom
Zoom objective lens – a lens system of parallel optical channels – smoothly changes the magnification of 18x without losing focus. The microscope produces an upright (not inverted) three-dimensional image.
Focusing mechanism
Coaxial knobs for coarse and fine focusing they are positioned on both sides. Sharpness adjustment is smooth and effortless.
Stage plates
The transparent plate ensures homogeneous illumination of the sample and optimal light diffusion for observing transparent and translucent samples. The black and white plate is ideal for observing opaque samples against a contrasting background: the black side is for light-colored objects, while the white side is for dark-colored objects.
Light source
The microscope is equipped with a transmitted light LED illuminator (10 W). It is bright enough to work not only in bright field, but also in polarized light and dark field. The life cycle of the LEDs is 50,000 hours.
