The Levenhuk LX1000 laser rangefinder is designed to measure distances during hunting, sporting events, camping and research expeditions. It can be used in open spaces to measure any distance and angle, even in those situations where the target is located on a slope, either up or down, compared to the observer's level. This tool is also capable of calculating the speed of a moving object. Furthermore, you can use the rangefinder like a normal monocular: its optics provide a magnification of 6x and the objective lens has a diameter of 25 mm.

Two measurement modes are available: the single measurement mode distance or continuous measurement mode (scan mode). In scan mode, measurements are taken in real time at very high speed, which makes it possible to measure the distance to a moving object. Another interesting function is the small target detection mode (flag). When activated, the instrument quickly finds a single object nearby, alerts you to it by vibrating, and quickly takes all required measurements. There is also a slope mode, often used by those who play golf.

Thanks to the compact and lightweight design, you can take this tool with you wherever you want: it will never be a problem to carry it around during the long walks or travelling. This rangefinder is comfortable to hold, but, if you want to achieve maximum stability of the observed image, it can be placed on a tripod (with standard 1/4" thread). The instrument is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery, with function automatic shutdown to save battery. Recharging takes place via AC socket and USB cable (cable included, AC adapter not included).

Note: during operation, IR (infrared light) illumination can be detected by cameras and camcorders as well as other similar electronic devices.
